Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or if any items are missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Requests submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund consideration.
Please note that certain collectible products may occasionally arrive with minor manufacturer imperfections, such as slight shrink-wrap tears, minor packaging blemishes, or small glue marks on sealed boxes. These imperfections originate from the manufacturer and do not affect the product itself. While we carefully inspect all items before shipping, minor manufacturer defects are not considered grounds for a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to request a return for the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The product must remain in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order details. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the order may be refunded after the package is received and inspected.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 10% processing fee may apply.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, refunds may take up to 7 business days (or longer in some cases) to appear in your account.
If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you may need to contact your payment provider directly regarding the refund process.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital items are delivered electronically immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct digital product before completing your order.
Sale Items, Promotions & Order Cancellations
Orders placed during promotional events, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund while the promotion is active.
Customers wishing to cancel or return an order during a promotional period may be required to wait until the promotion has ended before submitting a request.
If an order is scheduled for shipment before the end of a sale period, customers may contact our support team to discuss available options.
Pre-Orders & Price Matching
Price matching is available exclusively for eligible pre-order products.
To qualify:
- The request must be submitted before the item has been shipped.
- The product must still be in its pre-order phase.
- Proof of the lower advertised price may be required.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, price matching requests can no longer be accommodated.
